Terms of Sale & Licence

These terms apply when you buy and use Instant Studio (the “Product”), a downloadable AI video editing kit made and sold by Advance Media Solution (“we”, “us”), the company behind My Digital Sevak. By paying for the Product you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

A one-time licence to download and use the Instant Studio kit: the Instant Studio dashboard app, the Claude editing skills, the starter design systems, the setup scripts, the handbook and prompts, and free updates within version 1.x. The price is shown on instantstudio.in in Indian Rupees and is charged once. There is no subscription to us.

2. What you need separately

Instant Studio runs on your own Windows or Mac computer and uses your own paid Claude plan with Claude Code, which you buy from Anthropic under Anthropic's terms. Results, speed and how much you can edit in a day depend on your computer, your footage and your Claude plan's usage limits. We don't sell or resell Claude.

3. Your licence

• One licence is for one person or one business, on up to two computers you use.
• You may use it for your own content and for client work, including paid client work.
• You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the kit, the skills or the licence key, in whole or in part.
• The videos you make are yours. Your footage stays on your computer.

4. Third-party software

The kit installs and uses open-source and third-party tools (including FFmpeg, faster-whisper and Remotion), each under its own licence. Remotion is free for individuals and companies of up to 3 people; larger companies need a Remotion company licence from remotion.pro. Use only music, fonts and footage you have the right to use.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your full card details. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds

Because the Product is a digital download delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the cases in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Support and updates

We help by email on a reasonable-effort basis. Updates within version 1.x are free. A future major version may be sold separately.

8. No warranty and limits of liability

The Product is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that every edit will be perfect or that the Product will work with every computer, footage type or future version of third-party software. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttarakhand, India have jurisdiction.
