Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Advance Media Solution collects when you visit instantstudio.in and buy Instant Studio, and what happens to your footage.

What we collect when you buy

• Your name, email and mobile number, to create your order, send your download and licence key, and help you with support.
• Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID and status, never your full card or bank details.
• Order records: the amount, date, licence key and how many times the download link was used.

What we don't collect

Instant Studio runs on your own computer. Your footage, transcripts, edits, design systems and renders stay in your projects folder. They are never uploaded to us. When you edit, Claude Code reads what it needs under your own Anthropic account, and Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that.

How we use your details

Only to deliver your purchase, send purchase-related emails (receipt, download, important product updates), give support, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax requirements. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments), Supabase (order database and secure download storage), Resend (purchase emails) and Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel, see Website below), each only as needed to provide the service, plus authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax law (normally 8 years in India). You can ask us to delete anything we don't have to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing nishant@advancemediasolution.com.

Website

To measure our ads, instantstudio.in uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms. It sets cookies and tells Meta when you visit, open the checkout, continue to payment and complete a purchase (with the ₹2,999 amount), so we can see which ads work. We don't send Meta your name, email or phone number. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences. Fonts load from Fontshare and Google Fonts, and checkout loads Razorpay's script when you click buy.
